Well I don't know much about percocet, but usually with any substance if you feel a really strong need to throw up and don't know what to do, just let it out. Cause if you take too much of a drug, your body wants to expel it and the only way to do this is throwing up. See how she feels afterwards and obviously keep an eye on her until she feels okay again.
she's laying down now but im gonna check on her before i go to sleep

Percocet...
5mg oxycodone (a synthetic opiate)..325 mg acetominophen (I think)
Don't just pop narcotics...allergies to opiates are common..but then again alot of folks feel sick from taking opiates...
They can be dangerous...and VERY addictive..avoid them!

It depends on the dose, 20mg each, no problem, 80 each she would be into the danger zone. Ask her, if it's the big ones, or if she doesn't know, keep her awake. Better safe than sorry. My bad, I was thinking oxycodone, percacet, quit worrying.

Hey Andrue..
Sorry..but your dosages and such are a little off..they don't make percocet in a 20 mg dose..
They make oxycontin in 20, 40 and 80 mg doses...
And it's not a joke..the shit kills people...
Heres actual info on the drug..

It's definately the acetaminophen in them I wouldn't risk taking that much ever stick to oxycontins and cough syrups with oxycodone.

^ agreed. 5 mg of Oxycodone is lame. oxycontin is much better for getting the opiate high. but i've never tried Percs. I jsut don't dig 325 mg. of acetiminophen.

You shouldnt disrespect any drug my mang, take lower doses 5mg then go 10mg then 15mg or 20mg and yes they do come in 5mg pill tablets but if you dont understand how to cut a 20mg tablet in half your a loser lol.

I took 3 perks yesterday, and i felt a little dizzy, and felt like i would puke, but never did. It wasnt a high at all really... Just a change in perception, and a tiny body buzz. perks arnt worth it.

They don't make you trip. If that is what you were expecting you really should have done some better research before swallowing a pill. They give you typical opiate effects and that's about it: warm fuzziness, heavy head, itching, nausea, etc... Although what others have said about allergic reactions is great advice. Opiates don't make me puke personally although for some people it is inevitable, but nothing to worry about. Be safe please!

Yeah nausea from opioids is common, if you experience it try not to move around very much. Smoking pot will either make it better or worse.

ok its not the acetaminophen, its the oxycodone thats making her natious. tell her to puke if she can, then lay on her back. then the nausia should go away. shes fine. nothing to worry about. once she throws up shell love the drug.

haha i think pot and opiates is the best drug combination there is. no other drug mix like them..

it's definately not the acetamenophen, because I take easily 1,000 mg of it all the time to keep the pain down, and it doesn't actaully do that much (but it helps decently).

Acetamenophen is sold OTC in Max Strength doses of 1000mg at a time every 6 hours, no more than 4 doses in 24h.
I've personally gone to around 1500mg with nothing more than perhaps a mild unpleasant body sensation - dizziness or headache, slight but noticeable. I wouldn't advise going past 1.2g or acetamenophen in one dose, and no more than one above 1g doses a day, preferably with little or none before and after just to be on the safe side.

the normal person could take 4000 mg of acetaminophen without anything happening to them.

Yeah.. percocet mixes acetaminophen with oxycodone, so it's the combination of upper and downer that causes difficulties sometimes, not necessarily too much of one or the other.

Acetaminophen is not an upper, it's tylenol. Are you maybe thinking amphetamine.
