If I took paper, soaked it in water, and then pressed it flat to dry it, and did this over and over again until the paper was extremely thin (When wet paper dries it's thin and kind of soft), would it be acceptable joint paper???


I'm sick of homemade pipes, I'm giving in to the joint.

I think I'll try it. I mean, notebook paper is thin and soft to begin with. And by soaking it in water and pressing it dry, most of the ink would bleed out of it, no?

not sure, i know of a way to get rid of all the ink, but that would be just as dangerous if not more, and that's soaking it in bleach...

go to a book store and get yourself a nice dictionary or bible if your not religious. more chemicals then normal rolling paper and the bible i hear burns a bit on the way down but they work just the same.

that could get extremely annoying.. in more ways then this, but imagine you have no pipe, fed up with homemade shit and you have to sit outside a quicky-mart for 4 hours til you finally find someone that will actually get the zigzags for you..


another tip peng.... i used to do this, call around to all the stores you know are operated by "non-americans" there's were three damn stores that didn't think/know/enforce having to be 18 buy papers, used to be buying packs at like 14 >.> just call first, be like "yea, i don't have my id but i need some papers will you sell them to me?" if you just flat out ask "how old you do have to be to buy papers" it could do one of two things, tip them off there is an age restriction, or, make them think someone's out to get them (alot of those people ignore age restrictions, there's a store in cloverleaf houston where a 14 year old could walk in and buy 12 packs of bud, and trust me i know this for a fact <.< ~cough cough~)

Go to your nearest convenient store/gas station, walk in, get papers, go to the counter, and plop down the papers and the money. just act like you do it everyday and most clerks won't question you. if they ask for ID just be like, "sorry, I left mine at home" and leave. If your really desperate, try asking people coming into the store if they'll buy you papers (just be like "I left my ID at home man, I'll pay you a dollar + cost of papers if you buy some for me", or check the story every couple of hours until the clerks change shifts (to try the casual approach again.)

Then there's always EDIT and other various online shops, if you can get the mail without your parents knowing, you can usually buy them online, order in bulk to keep the shipping cost/items ordered ratio good. The only problem with those is the wait, which is why I would recommend ordering in bulk.

I mean, compare white tissue paper (the stuff you get to stuff those bags for birthday gifts which makes it so the recipient can't see what's inside), and rolling paper...it's like the same shit!

Plus, no chemical additives to tissue paper...papes have some shit in them to help them burn better.

Average pape size is 2x4 inches...Sounds like you could make 1000 with about 5 dollars worth of tissue paper...

No, originally I -DID- mean printer/notebook paper, because when you get paper wet and it dries, it feels a whole lot thinner and more...brittle?

Anyway, tissue paper sounds good...but I don't have any...so I'm going to rip out a few pages of that Dictionary and wash them.

there has to be at least one convenient store that will sell them to you, there always is. if not just do what other people said and ask someone to buy them for you. Personally making papers will take so long and is definetly not worth it in my opinion.

btw i think thats really weird that you cant buy any zigs cuz i've never been denied them:confused:

If i were you i'd just ask your dealer if he could pick you up a pipe or some papers the next time you buy bud, if he's trustworthy (explain your situation) and ask if he can help you out. He'll probably be happy to do it considering he's helping you smoke what he's selling.

man thats fucked up weeds everywere were i live and at regular prices like blunt 5 dime 10 20 20 dollars quarter ounce 25 half ouce 50 or 35 is u get lucky and 100 for a ounce all my friends have cigars or papers and most of the time ive got some i mean its not hard to get papers everyone i hang out wid all they smoke is blunts and joints mostly i no people who can buy them for me too
