Hi! Long time no see, eh?
Just a general query. I'm on my third grow; I grow around 20 plants each time -
- how come I've never yet had a male plant in my garden?!!
It's got to the stage where I WANT a male plant to show up! It's like I can only grow females. What are the odds on 60 plants in 3 separate crops throughout a year all turning out to be female?
I only wish I knew what it was I was doing............
(Then again, that's the story of my life.....!:D )

female seeds are obtained by stressing the light cycle.

You can not make a seed with a Y crom turn female, however if you have a female plant when you put it into flower you can adjust the light cycle to stress the female plant around the 2nd or 3rd week to produce stress seeds. The seeds are fertile and since no pollen is part of the picture there is no Y crom meaning "its a girl". Say if you are using 12 12 to flower try six on six of six on six off for a day to shake things up a bit. After make sure the 12 12 is begun and ended at the same time. Growers who experience power outages when they are not home will tell you, if they have alot of plants, that some seeds were found in the bounty. Hope this helps.

excellent explanation, i have tried to explain how that works before but could never get the point across . you put it in nice simple terms so everyone can understand. i have explained it as a kinda of self preservation printed right into the genetics of the plant. a female plant will produce a few male flowers late into flowering when it feels "the end is near" this is an attempt to produce offspring if there is no male present. all living creatures have the basic natural instinct to survive and reproduce. the only "problem with this method of reproduction is that with no male chromisome(xy)present the offspring will always be female(yy). i might have the letters for the chroms. backwards but the meaning is still the same.

There are no male flowers with stress seeds. If you use gibberelic acid on a female to produce male flowers and breed I believe you can still get males. I guess it must some how introduce a y crome or morf an x if that is possilbe. Stress seeds are not made with any pollen. This may sound obscure but reptiles such as frogs can do the same thing. They can also regenerate like plants do to an auxin like biochemical found in the spine that is made in the brain. Since auxins are derived from tryptophins and you can trip by licking some frogs I hope to do a study some day with auxins from www.biosynth.com. They only sell kilos though and its like 4- 5 grand which is a minimum order.

Indoyle acids control the most basics of growth and frequency in the brain. To view the good stuff click on indoyl derivitives I belieive. Heather is the one who sells them and I will give you the email if you are not a doctor and still would like them.

on the other hand, if you dont want hermies to seed your grow, use some dutch masters reverse in week 1 and 3...no more hermies....
