filters filter out some of the goodness it would take twice as much to feel high.

:) use green card - found at the back of a rizla packet .

yeh, greencard is good, jus roll it up and stick it in the end of your J, like a filter, but.....not :s

Yes.. using a cigarette foamy filter thing will actually make it so that you get less THC as those filters are designed to absorb all those nasty chemicals in cigarettes.
