Username changes are not permitted for operational and technical reasons.

Just make a new name, Sc00by, Skooby, Scoobie, Skewby, ect. and then link the profile from your old name (scobbie) in your new sig, or in your new profile. That way you have easy access to your old posts and folk will know who you are with the new nick.
