Does this work in canada for pre-employment tests?

As long as you use the Canadian version of the QF 4.0 and not the US version.
Canadian drug testing has different integrity checks than in the States. Canadian batches of the QF 4.0 contain a vial of crystals that needs to be added to the sample cup in order to get past Canadas integrity checks.
