I remember I thread along time ago about what are the laws in the sea. So if you were to kill someone in International waters would you get arrested. But what about in space? If someone killed someone in space would they get arrested when they got back?

I'd like to see them investigate that crime scene.

I think vigilante justice would be the way, and it would be easy. Cuz, like, when you're up in space, you gotta really depend on your crew. And they could just be like, "OOPS! I accidentally emptied the airlock when you were undressing in there. Sorry bro."

Also, in space, nobody can hear you subpeona.

I think, if you're in space, you go to jail at the corresponding point on the Earth when you get back.

I thought only Aliens and Sigourney Weaver died in space.

They'd have to draw a chalkline on the corresponding point on Earth. My Dad is an ex-space cop.
