If your not sure how they work heres an example.

A. "Language" the the longest word in the sentence 'what is the longest word in the english language'

it'll be worth it in the end, one tip is dont get stuck on one thought if you cant figure it out in 3 mins then try thinking of it in a compleatly different way.
