Training plants while flowering

Hey all!
Question about training/pruning/topping. My plants are at the end of their 2nd week of flowering and coming along very nicely. I was wondering if there is still time to top the plants? I don't think so, but what do you all think? More importantly, do you think I still have time to train the branches? I wanted to tie them closer to the main stem so they would be closer to the lights.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I use pipe cleaners to train my branches,does the job great.
Have bound all the lower growth to the stalk on 1 as an experiment,just curious to see if I can get them to join up so to speak and form one long skunk#1 budsicle. Anyway here are some pics of my bound plant and pipe cleaner training. Hope this of use to ya! :D
