I have celiac, and have been gluten-free, except for an occacional accident, for almost a year.
Are you on a gluten-free diet?

I met one celiac, from Northern Virginia, and she was, pretty much, anti-weed.

There are well over two million Americans with celiac disease - and 97.5% do not even know that they have it.
Tens of millions of other people have serious medical conditions due to ingestion of gluten (in wheat, barely, rye and their derivitives), but do not have the classic "celiac" symptoms. Some of the 200 chronic illnesses associated with gluten sensitivity, with or without celiac, are:
Cancer
Autoimmune diseases
Osteoporosis
Brain Disorders
Intestinal Disease
Chronic pain
Digestive Disorders
Infertility and problematic pregnancies
