It's not illegal to have a picture of yourself toking or with a bag of weed. But then again, don't go showing everyone pictures of you smoking weed otherwise if a police officer should see it, he now has a warrant to search you. But no, the pictures are not illegal.

I don't know if that is enough for an officer to get a warrant. There's no saying that what is in the bag, or what you are smoking is marijuana. It coudl just as easily be legal herbs.
