How is rhino seeds to deal with for buying seeds? wondering if anyone has had any experince with them? thanks :confused:

In my experience with Rhino, they provided what they stated, although it took a little over a month; maybe others have had better arrival times, not sure. And, after the initial confirmation, they wouldn't even answer an e-mail.
Not really meaning to bitch so much about any business, things happen, sometimes it depends on receives your e-mail, lots of things. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt to any honest merchant, but still, customer service is an unknown term to many nowadays...

If you are looking for seeds you can send me an email, I am not a slow shipper like I was reading rhino was. The reason for that is I am not a huge company like them but a smaller one that has a huge seed bank. I have over 50 strains and I price them cheap only for the fact I am new and want to be around for a long time, and I also got sick of paying high prices myself so we created our own seeds to guarentee someday that people wouldn't have to pay such high prices from seed banks, these seeds need to be affordable!
If you are interested let me know, I am located near Toronto, Ontario, Canada
and ship internationally. My shipping takes 1 week max since I ship priority mail and ship using care to assure your privacy and keep the seeds from damage they are sealed in plastic.

Well I ordered Skunk#1 and FumaConDiablos seeds about 3 months ago!!

They sent methe wrong seeds!! So I sent them back!!

They finally got back to me and said they would fix my order and hook me up with a freebie.....They sent me the Skunk seeds agian but NO FumaDiablos[Hazey Sativa]!!!!!!!!!!

And I'm not happy...I can only ASSUME that they are taken a slower route because I know they were sent about 2 weeks after the Skunk seeds...

I am still WAITING for these seeds and if they don't come then I'll have to start a thread about it and tell the guys.....

Basically we all just want a company that does what it says on the tin!

I'm planning on spending some fat money come March time on ALL of Serious Seeds' strains...But If these seeds don't show I'll have to take my buisness elsewhere!!!

P.S. If RHINO SEEDS do deliver these seeds...Then I'll post the good news and apologize!!! But untill then ...do you guys recomened a good retailer of SERIOUS SEEDS' products? I don't want to be scudded out of a few hundred quid!!

Just got some money aside that I'm thinking about investing in some seeds...It's a shame that I still haven't got the seeds I had planned to use for my main project!! Oh well ..if they don't get to me in the next couple of days I might have to look elsewhere...It's a shame because I actually thought that Rhino Seeds were honourable....:[

Well, I see you're in the U.S.!! I live a bit closer than that but I have to say the service was quick and reliable. Received an e mail confirming my order, another when it was packed, and another when it was posted. So I would give them a big :thumbsup:

yeah i ordered white rhino from rhino seeds and the ysaid 7 to 14 days they arrived 5 days after i ordered so i would say the service i got was good
i do live in the uk tho and rhino seeds is a uk based company

I ordered from them for the first time on March 24th and recieved my seeds today in the mail exactly FIVE DAYS LATER. Unfrickin' believable! I don't know how they did it. I can't even get stuff shipped this fast domestically! It's exactly what I ordered and was enclosed in really great super stealth packaging. They even threw in some free sample seeds! The seeds look nice too. For my first expereince ordering seeds, I give them a BIG :thumbsup:
