How long from sprout should you wait to start feedin and how much?

plants live off there first sets of leaves well into there 3rd week
so anytime after 21 days you can begin light feeding of what ever fertilizer u chose at half to 1/4th strength but other then that within that 21 day period you should have watered about 1 to twice a week dependent on moister and lighting goodluck
