What is the level the humiditiy should be at what about the temp? (f)

between 70-78 degrees is GOOD.

many people grow in exremes 60-95 degrees...
extremes are possible but just opens the door for more problems - bugs, fungus, slow growth etc

I depends on many things. Are you using CO² for example? How are you cooling the room? What environment controls do you have?

Many factors to think about before you get a proper answer to that question.
