It was weird.

After I ate seafood, I toked before I went to sleep.
Out of nowhere I ran to the bathroom to throw up.

Within those couple weeks, i would toke and get sick again..
I had strep throat, and went off my Nexium (acid reducer) meds, so I figured it was those problems.

Turns out it wasn't.. I'm still getting sick to my stomach after smoking.

I was a chronic smoker for almost a year, three times a day.
Now it's a totally different feeling..

I have no idear what's going on.

Anyway, i've had an enlarged tonsil for the past month that i've found out about me throwing up.. the doctor said it was allergies.

Post-nasal drip, etc..

And now i'm getting some indigestion from eating nowadays.

Is it the cigarettes?
Do allergies have anything to do with getting sick from marijuana?

When you have allergies, is my immune system very down, so my body can't take marijuana?

It seems like sometimes after I burp I feel better as well..

So it's all confusing.

CAn anyone help me out? I've called a MJ hotline and they couldn't figure it out either, because their assumption was that it cured nausea, vomiting, etc..

And i'm not smoking harsh weed, not coughing either.

did you say you smoke cigarettes? because if you do then its that. what your doing is tearing apart your stomach and throat by smoking cigs, and then you come along with mj and finish the job. thats what happened with a friend of mine.

if you dont smoke cigarettes, then it sounds like you have some sinus problems. smoking while your having issues with your throat or sinuses or stomach is never a good idea. if your already sick in those areas, smoking anything is just gonna make it worse. take a break for a couple weeks until you start to feel better, then try again.

Yeah lately i've been eating little and getting real bad upset stomach.. as if it was indigestion..

Friday night I just smelled the weed smoke going into my nose, and I thought I was going to hurl.
That could be marijuana, or the Indian food I ate that day.

But yes, I do smoke cigarettes... maybe that could be the cause..

My ex was allergic to weed but somehow out grew it within a few months.

My best friend used to puke after toking a few years back for atleast a year, but also outgrew that.

I'd assume that because of all the complications you're having with your body the pot isn't helping too much sadly :( Try smoking a different way, with little food in your stomach and lots of water, maybe you're dehydrated.

Well, I know that if I over do the smoking of pot that I can inadvertantly swallow too much air when I smoke and feel a little queasy from that or if I take an enormous hit I get the whole gag reflex thing going on... if you've been sick, I can see why it's probably affecting you the way it is. As for cigarettes, I quit that crap because I was always getting this reoccuring stomach cramp and I do recall that I did feel more queasy when I was smoking both cigarettes and pot. Right now I'm finally getting over a cold and I had to slow down my pot intake since I was kinda getting the same deal going, although coughing up infected lung butter with a post nasal drip from hell wasn't helping and I had blew out my eardrum from trying to blow my nose and I ended up sneezing and coughing at the same time and I ended messing up my throat at the same time too. I threw up about an hour after blowing out my ear drum but that's to be expected when the equilibrium is thrown off like that. I'm just thinking that you probably are taking in too much air as well as smoke and your tummy's like "what the hell? I already don't feel good.. blahhhhh" Keep the burping up since that will let loose most of the pressure on your stomach. Other than that, maybe kick the expensive habit of cigarettes since they don't really do anything but cost you money and take it easy on the pot.
