Cooling 250HPS Help

Hello everyone.I need some advice for cooling my 250hps.(I actually got a way but i think it could be better)Ok iv put a glass panel between my light and plant's .So my light is completly sealed up .It get's up to about 109 degrees inside of the glass panel where my light is.But about 79 degrees between plant and top canopy (Plants are 1 inch away from glass panel 2inch's from bulb itself Also the glass is tempered glass im guessing thats why my plants are not burning and getting to hot)But my qustion is i need to lower my temp's where my bulb is so will a Squirrel Cage Fan 265cfm cool where my bulb is down to a nice temp?

As long as you bring in air from outside of your room. Then through the hood and back out the other side of the room it will.

Whats wrong with the 79 deg temp?

It's fine but my bulb get's up 109 degrees .Want it crack the bulb being that hot for so long

To give you an idea of my box It's 3x3x3 Box and fresh air from outside is pumped in by a 60cfm Squirrel Cage Fan im growing in a Garden of Ease hydroponic setup with 4 plants.Right now there going through a little LST to get the canopy even and to get more light to more bud site's.I will have pic's later on .Just im really rough with my camera when i go rock climbing so now i need a new one.Thanks Zandor i guess i shoulda explained my situation a little better

The 265CFM will definitely work for cooling your bulb... and probably for exhausting your room's air.

The glass will not break unless it gets wet if that is what you are asking.

You said you have a glass heat sheld on your hood right? Then the air goes through that area.

i didnt actually know either....but looked into it and

A rating that expresses the amount of air a blower or fan can move. The volume of air (measured in cubic feet) that can pass through an opening in one minute.""

so that fan will clear 265 cubic feet of air in 1min which is alot!!!

i guess all fans will have this to a certain extent
