does any one know what causes too many leaves
as anybods had this problem ?
I don't know what that means, too many leaves? Do you have a picture? A plant grows leaves to support plant function, photosynthesis. Like fruit trees need a certain number of leaves in order to produce fruit. Leaves are not unnecessary, but a vital function to support plant growth.
After reflecting for several minutes I've thought of other pertinate matters. What kind of seed did you grow? Bagseed or purchased? Did all the plants display the same too many leaves characteristic? You may have just gotten a strain that puts out alot of leaves. Then my suggestion is to try another variety. Pictures would be great.

what was your light cycle, more hours of light means the plants mature slower and you get bigger, more leafy buds

Well, I must admit that they're a bunch of leaf-heavy buds.
In addition, I still laugh out loud when I read:::

Just trim the leaf as close as you can to the flower and call it good. The plant will generate more leafs to deal with many issues. Heat is the most likely cause but also excessive foliage can also be caused by high nitrogen as well as excessive CO².

I wouldn't complain about them buds, they look like the Infamous Garden Green we get around here. Clear head high that last's for hours. The buds are a little leafy but take a closer look at the leaf when harvested and the amount of tricomes on the leaf make up for the amount of leaf. Them buds look tastey. Happy Smokin, Peace
Thanks for clearing that up Zandor.
