Yes, terrible waste of whipped cream. Everybody has access to whippits though, if not from a local store you can almost certianly order them from the internet (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Whippits&btnG=Google+Search). After that all you'd need is a canister or cracker/balloons.

you can get the propper shit from wellcoolstuff.com and i tried nitro at the ukhempexpo and it was fucking hilarious it was like a popper (only done once for the experience of trying the popper nothing else)

Whipped cream is a bad way to go - You'll pay a couple bucks for not much nitrous. A good price on chargers is $0.50 or so each. $1 is the most you should pay. Buy them at a store (some grocery stores, speciality food stores, porn shops and head shops carry them) or google for an online vendor. The cracker is best obtained at a head shop; the cannisters can be bought online or at many stores that sell the chargers.
