paranoid about smell as just found out groundsman who is always walking past the room where im growing used to be in CID. (detectives) hmmmmmm dodgy, hes a real anal weirdo too.

fu*k him. getting a 4 inch fan with filter in next few days, then he wont be able to smell, see and hopefully not hear it. is in upstairs room so he cant see it easy.

Those fans are not as loud as you think. You can put a muffler on the air inside to quit down the swoosh should. I have a few 10" vortex fans (same style) and they are not that loud right out of the box.

If you have a good carbon scrubber then there is no odor.
