No the mouse was like a suicide bomber and sacrificed himself to destroy the cat. The mouse killed the cat by tricking the cat into eating the mous

The cat killed himself and the mouse. The mouse was a part in the death of the cat but because the mouse didn't have any intention of killing the cat then the mouse is basically innocent especially since the cat was eating the mouse. Kay.

Neither are responsible. The intention that the cat had of eating the mouse would have been instinctive or for food. In the wild there are no morals so the cat eating the mouse for food isn't unnatural and shouldn't make it responsible.
