the 337 and oval shape leads me to think its hydrocodone... but i could be wrong. if its like mine, theyre white oval with "m360" on one side and a line bisecting the pill on the other side, and its 7.5/750 hydrocodone.

if you mean 'tramadol', it's a painkiller. i recently had a couple perscriptions for it and i must say taking 3-4 gave me a nice high.

check out erowid: http://www.erowid.org/pharms/tramadol/tramadol.shtml

If it's tramadol, you're in luck. It's one of the milder pharmies, quite safe (from what I've heard/read, anyway), with a nice, mild buzz. The most common form is 50mg Ultrams, which are small, round white pills. 1 won't do much. 2 will give a nice, albeit very mild buzz. 3-4 is the optimal dose, in my opinion; you get a nice, mildly euphoric high. The main effect is a general sense of contentment. You're not going to get the powerful euphoria of stronger opiates* or MDMA, but you'll be in a very pleasant mood for a few hours. Motor skills are relatively unimpaired and there are no obvious physical signs in most people, so it's a very subtle drug that you can take pretty much anywhere.

My advice is to take those 12 pills in either 4 doses of 3 or 3 doses of 4. Alternatively, you could start with 2, then (assuming you like the effect and want to make it a bit stronger) go up to 3, 3, 4. Don't expect to be really fucked up; tramadol isn't one of those drugs where you take it and it completely occupies you for hours. On the up side, you really don't have to schedule around it, since you can do most tasks safely while on it. I advise against driving, just because it might affect you in some way that impairs driving ability without your realising it, and it's never a good idea to try new drugs when you have something important to do (a test, for example) that day, but you could get through a normal day (aside from driving, if you normally drive) without much trouble.

It's 4 AM and I'm ranting... /endpost.

* - tramadol isn't an opiate, but it's a synthetic analogue to codeine with many of the same psychoactive effects.

yea tramadol isn't something you take to get really fucked up. i usually like taking 4 of them on a sunday night and kicking back in front of the tv and just relaxing before the week starts. it gives me a nice buzz where your body feels kinda tingly and it puts you in a good, relaxed mood.
