Actually I was trying to include the views of the Scottish ,Irish and Welsh ..to find THEIR opinions of the ENGLISH.

I like the Brits very much, but sometimes they're on their high-horses. A bit patronisingly arrogant. (Some, certainly not all)

I LOVE the movies, literature, grandeur and history!

It's very easy to say the British are snobby. (It's just easy, just like it's easy for you to say that Americans are scum)

Also, I can say that I'm pissed that they couldn't protect Jimi Hendrix for a few more days until his flight left for America.

But, really, the British.

I love that show "Whose line is it Anyways?", but I don't laugh at the British Comedians.

I've played "Asshole" with a few British, who studied abroad, and they were very nice.

I love Hendrix's albums from the Isle of Wight and Isle of Fenharm, especially since they were his last two concerts.

I think of a Queen. I think that the British are uninteresting. But they're nice.

I'm starting to think that the English are prejudiced, except for three sheets.

I've been a lotta places ..and most human beings are the same ,bar a few differences in mannerisms...most people are friendly if you make an effort to be friendly and show respect. First impresions are very important...and I think the English for all intensive purposes are no better or worse than any Nation...It's a shame the weather is so shit ...otherwise you wouldn't find a better place..IMO

Visited twice. Didn't love the weather when I was there (often overcast), and food was much different than I am used to. Couldn't find an egg sandwich anywhere. It is not that complicated. Roll + Fried Eggs + Sausage + cheese + Ketchup + Pepper. No luck. And what is with the left side of the road thing? The rest of Europe drives on the right. Why do they have to be so complicated?

Other than that, great times, and met some really cool people. If I were to move to Europe I'd be Holland though..

I used to do a lot of rock climbing and spent a lot of time in Yosemite Valley. Yosemite is like Mecca for climbers and I got to meet lots of people from all over the world. The Brits were always cool. Other than the accent, I didn't find them all that much differnt from us. Actually most of the folks(Brits, Germans, Spaniards, Norwegians, etc ) I met there were all pretty fun to hang out and party with. The only exception were the French. A few were ok but for the most part they were anti-social snobs. One actually told my buddy,with that fucking French accent, "I am here to climb, Not meet Americans" when he introduced myself. He was shown a bit of "American hospitality" .

I love England and the English people. I even love the food. Bangers and mash, the best sausage on the planet, and my personal favorite, baked beans on toast! I travel there several times a year to stay with family and friends,then take the ferry to Holland to stay with the other side of the family!
