Uh, I think there might be a way you can restore it through the recycle bin.
I think even after you've emptied it you can still somehow get it back.

no because it was to big for the recycle bin so it just automatically deleted it straight off the computer

reboot the computer and as the computer starts hit and hold down F5(F8 for some pc's), when the prompt comes up you will get a couple different options, start from most recent working settings...this will only work if it was recent, if not youre screwed-S.Ranger

well lucky for you im an ipod nerd...
anyway. if you choose to delete songs from itunes, it will ask you to either cancel, recycle bin the files, or keep the files.... so you woulda had to make a choice..
also, it will ALWAYS store deleted files in the trash bin. so go to
Start. Search
and type in a name of one of the songs you had. if your computer comes up with it, look in the folder and youll find your songs... otherwise, ... your gonna need to download/rip cds/buy music or whatever you do.. all over again
also, for anyone hooking up their ipod to someone elses computer who has itunes, make sure you have the AUTO UPDATE IPOD off, otherwise all your songs will be gone and la di da..
any other questions, just pm me or something
peace

I don't think they're GONE gone. Because, like, if you look at child porn and then delete it, the FBI or whatever can still hack in and see it all.
I think.
Actually, I shouldn't be giving computer advice, as I don't know shit about it. Aw fuck it. Your songs probably all sucked anyway.

Hmm.. did you delete the entire folder where your music is stored? Because if you did that, I don't think there's anything that you can do. I did that at the beginning of this school year on accident.. I was pretty pissed off, but it only took me a few days to get everything back.

You should just download a free Mp3 site, like Limewire or something, and get your music for free, and quick too!
Or, if you want to pay for some of your music, go to a search engine, type it in, and you'll get all kinds of music.
I pay $30 for a 2yr membership at Limewire, and I find all the music I need. Saves a bundle on CD's  Just a thought.
