Dumb question I know...
I started my third grow and realized I was messing up real big by not filling my space correctly. The cover of "The Cannabis Grow Bible" has the answer, but it's not spelled out clearly in the book. It shows a large grow room with a thin path going through a foot from the middle. All the plants on the right are one month older than the plants on the left. Talk about a Sea of Green!

Last time the six plants I ended up with had two males and one of the females was a small killer plant that got stunted.

That took it down to basicly 3.1 female plants.

When they went to flower they eventually lost 90% of their leaves and left a lot of wasted space that could have been filled with more plants.

Soooooooooo, this time I have 22 babies coming along. I figure I'll get down to 12 to 15 females. My space is 9' X 5'

I made it as close to the cover of the cannabis book as possible. While at the same time reveging the 4 left from my last grow...

The first pic shows the layout for the new ones and a path to get to the back... I still need to do a little more work to get a path all the way to the back.

Second pic shows the reveging triplets.

Third pic shows the medical reveging.

Fourth pic shows the difference between the new strain from the medical plant next to one Mexican Red Hair. The new strain is the 5 days older and the darker of the two.

The last pic is the last grow - I don't want to see all that space wasted this time round!

Hoping this makes for a much bigger harvest than a pound this time...

Well yes...but you could also consider growing Indica dominate tomato plants. Those Sativas are difficult to grow indoors and are best suited for outdooor most of the time.

NO matter how you space them.

You make an excellent point Harddon. That's where I'm hoping to get about 10 of the new strain turn out female... I wonder if the medical plant wasn't as stunted as I thought and is an Indica... The mother had nice fat leaves! Wonder what you get when you cross the two? Hmmm? I was real surprised at how dense the buds were. Like I said in another tread, much like the Orange Kush I landed from the same place...

Harddon, don't you just find tomato plants to be the sexiest plant to grow on earth? :rasta:
