I know alot of you ask about pipe resin and will it get you high? I am making this post to clear up some questions and provide you with some ideas on how to clean your smoking devices / and save that precious THC at the same time. :stoned:
Bong (Slide/Bowl)
Pipe (Glass / Metal (Small & Large))
The best way ive found to clean my glass 12" bong's slide is to use a long metal tie used in crafts for wreaths etc. its firm yet bendable enough to get around edges and stuff. Anyways the best way is to crape with that and get as much of it as you can losened up. collect the scrapings by taping it into a container. When you have gotten that majority of the buildup 50-60% cleaned out. Now comes the next stage. I like to call it the steaming / heating stage. Next i prefer to filter out my bong water, and press the old material (tar / lose bud) yes sometimes little pieces of unburned bud gets pulled down into the bong :p who would have thought eh, anyways once i get that material pressed to remove as much water as i can, ill smoke that through the blowl/slide which creates water vapour as you can imagine, well that water vapour / heat acually acts like a steam cleaning. then after thats done take your metal tie and continue to scrape away the rest of the resin from the inside of the bowl. sometimes its best to do a third and final scraping a day after the second one... ive noticed that when it gets wet / dry when you heat it or leave it sitting will effect the consistancy and the ability to remove it. PS NEVER USE NAIL POLISH ETC if you plan on smoking the resin. which is basicly tar (carbon particles) hydro carbons carcinogens and also THC / Cannbindol etc the high isnt the best but its still worth it. :p
