After i havest my plant, is it possible to reveg it and grow it again?

You can yes, but it would just be easier to plant a few, wait for the females, and clone!:)

your plant will only regenerate if you leave some green growth on it and place it back under 18 hrs of light or so. No less that 16 hrs of light.
Add new soil, new fertilizer, etc etc.

Yes you can reveg to your hearts content.

You must sacrifice some bud however.

Leave the smaller lower buds and dont harvest them. GO back to 18 light hours a day.

If your stuff is good, why start over?

No need to replace the soil either. Its so easy, its a shame not to do it...if you like the smoke.
