Here's My Room's

Hey guys, I am new to this board and new to growing. I have two rooms set up and eventually one will just be used for veg and the other for bud. Right now I have two sets of plants veging in both rooms. I need some opinions on how much longer I should let the first set of plants veg for. They have been under 18-6 Hours of light now for exactly two weeks today. We got them from clones. The picture of me holding a sharpie next to the plant is the approximate size of all the plants (in the second room), so comments, tips, and lots and lots of help would be appreciated.

This first picture in these set of pictures is the outside of the clone room, the second picture is the outside of the second room. The third picture is where the fan is blowing out the char filter air.

im not very knowledgable of growing, and that was amazing. where are the buds? and how old are those plants? and how logmn does it take buds to develop?
