mushrooms + alcohol = ?

so, i have done mushrooms many times (i almost always smoke when i do them too) but i have never gotten drunk while tripping. i am definitely going out tonight (and getting drunk probably) but i was thinking about eating mushrooms this evening (maybe at like 6?) so i could still be kinda tripping when i go out... would this be a horrible idea or would it be fun? has anyone done it?

Yeah, it's great fun if your not worried about lookin' wierd to a couple people, just have a sober person with you, cuz chances are you're going to want to explore.

Drinking on shrooms will diminish a lot of the more profound and interesting effects. You'll end up in a place where you are "wasted" but without any real direction. Just sloppy drunk and altered. Stick with one or the other.

alchol doesn't cut your any shroom trips, in generally dimethyltryptamine's effects are "fixed"(ineffective) on ethyl hydroxide (or anhydrous alcohol, absolute alcohol, dehydrated alcohol)

Maybe there is less change for a bad trip when you combine alcohol and mushrooms. In my experience the alcohol really flattens the mushroom trip and reduces it's effects.

On the other hand the mushrooms make you feel more clear and sober when you've used alcohol. The ephedra might also enhance this effect.

In my opinion I like mushrooms the most without alcohol, only it's nice to reduce the effects of shrooms at the end of the trip when it's time to sleep.

This is a bad idea, if you've done shrooms that much you should know how the comedown is, and being drunk and comming down off of shrooms is pretty crazy.

acid is mild, even two hits will just keep you up all night at the very least.
you'll see the walls and everything crawling, you'll know what i mean.

acid to me feels like a super powerful clean clear high, its like the perfect high to me.

From my experience, the only time I did shrooms and booze at the same time, the alcohol can kill the trip and dull the edge of it.

I only ate an 1/8, however. Maybe banging a qaurter and a few beers will give you better results. I just haven;t tried it since that time, because I felt as if the alcohol kept me out of lala land, once its effects wore off. For some reason, coming down from being mildly drunk brought thew trip down with it, so I figured on just focusing on the shrooms, since its very hard for me to stay drunk for more than a few hours, unless I bomb 18 in under a half hour... At which point being that drunk isn't even that fun.

If you;re like me and come down quick from alcohol, then be carefull about it. The time I did both together, the shrooms came down with it.

yeah if he is eating an eigth, he'll probably puke (well at least i do). anything over an eigth and i know i would puke. so drinking might intensify that.
