What is everyones extraction method when scraping pipe/bowls etc?

I got no bud, but have a pipe and a bong. Is it a tricky job? what shall i use?

I use a big paperclip. Those things are a huge help.

If you got chunks, just break them off and smoke them.

But when those are gone, you gotta start getting serious. Just start scraping every which way you can. If it gives you any resistance, it's resin. When you're against glass, the clip will just slide around.

So, you scrape like a bastard. Then, turn it upside down over a white sheet of paper and hit it against your palm. If you've never really scraped it before, this should release a jackpot. Then, mound it all up and compact it into a ball.

If you're smoking the chunks, it's about as potent as it's size in weed. But if you're smoking the powder rolled into a ball, it's a bit more powerful. And, when toking, be gentle.

Oh, and it will crackle. Don't worry about it.

edit: And, I've never really found heating it to be much help. All that does is make it really gooey, which then just sticks to your fingers.

my method is crazy, but Im usually high when I do it of course.
Like everyone I scrap all I can out of the bowl and collect it on the side, but Im not done yet...
I take my pipe over to the sink, plpug the sink so it doesnt drain, and then put my pipe under VERY hot water.... all of a sudden tond of black tar and resin come pouring and flowing into the dirty sea of water in the sink. I get all I can to come out of the pipe using paperclips or even pipe cleaners sometimes.
THEN, no not done yet... I take a little kitchen utensil which is like a strainer of some sort, its got a handle and a cup shaped screen... I take it and fish in the water for all the resin and tar it will pick up, it really is like that fish game u played back in the day, u member?
Anyways, I collect it and then take it all out and mix it with the resin I scrapped from earlier... I put some ash on my fingers and I work it all together into a nice chunk of black goo... I squeeze any water that may be in it OUT and then let it dry a bit.
Then I get out my hash pipe and cash that shit it! The high is just amazing, especially when your resin is from some nice white widow like mine usually is...
So dont waste your shit guys! Theres more hidden treasure in your pipe than you know!
