when you are on hallucinogens.... how do you feel? i know you see stuff and shit like that but no one ever says how they actually feel. do you feel like your going crazy? mellow?

Well, if you're reffering to physical feelings then every hallucinatory drug has a different physical sensation... If you are referring to how you "feel" then I guess you could say I feel attentive/fascinated when I'm tripping.

i get a feeling of peace, prosperity, and well-being

usually a feeling, for me, that feels like the world will save itself, and all will be restored

It depends on the drug. On shrooms I feel confused but very interested in everything. I also feel really connected to everything. on acid i laugh my ass off, and i get very insightful, like thinking about the world and my life, etc. on mescaline i just feel very peaceful and comfortable and just enjoy the visuals. i guess on mushrooms i get insightful too, but my insights don't usually make any sense and i forget them later on :p

well hallucination isnt just visual....the music, the feeling of your hands holding a soda, the waves of energy flowing through your body...its amazing...yeah

at higher doses, you can see sounds and hear colours

being able to pick up on vibrations in the air around you. If you have ever done this while sober than it is highly intensified while tripping to the point it makes your hair on your arms standup.

how exactly do you see sounds and hear colors? is it like someone keeps saying "RED BLUE GREEN PURPLE" i dont get it. and i have heard this before. im in psychology class and it sez in the book that in some hallucinations you can see soundsa nd hear visuals. it just confused the fuck out of me

It's something you just have to experience. You can't describe it. It's the same when I say that my hallucinations seem more real than the material objects surrounding me - the ones that will still be there when I'm not on the mush.

yeah it is really hard to explain. i don't remember ever thinking like "hmm this sounds like orange!" or anyting like that, it's more like you're experiencing everything in a totally different way.

If you put your hand in the right corner of your line of vision, and move it to the left corner, the image will stay in your sight, and cause "trails".

On laced weed (PCP we suspect) I was sitting in my friend's room, she had a hamster in a cage with a wheel, when it ran in the wheel the sound echoed thru the room (which was basically dead silent) and I felt like the floor was shaking because I was feeling the sound of the hamster. I literally couldn't stand because my mind was so set on the fact that the floor was shaking (which it wasn't).

Hearing colours to me is like, I dunno... when you listen to a song and you almost see a colour in the back of your head, feeling a colour is like when you think about what a colour would represent, (ex: red; anger, lust, ect) and then you feel that.

I think it depends on the drug + hallucinations.
