HEY CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH FINDING A PROGRAM FOR MY CP THAT LETS U SLOW DOWN MUSIC......PEACE :D

Windows Media Player has a tool for it. It's under View - Enhancements - Play Speed Settings.

Oh yeah I don't know if you meant permanently. As fas as I know, it only does it on the computer, you can't slow the song and put it on disc.
