Got pulled over........

So a cop drives by me and decides my windows are tinted too dark. I mean 75% tint isn't that dark. Oh yeah and he said he also pulled me over for not having my front license plate. Well he walks up and says "License, registration and proof of insurance, sir.". While i'm getting it out of the glove box he asked why my vehicle smells like marijauna. I simply said "I smoke out in here.". Then i reach for my visor to show him my med card and my glasses fell. After i show him the card i reach down to pick up my glasses and he gets all paranoid! With his hand on his gun, ready to pull it out, he yells at me "Don't reach under the seat!". I calmly show him my glasses, tell him to chill and put them back on the visor. Did i mention i had just finished blazin it when this happened. Then he asks me if i have any drugs or weapons in my car. I said yes and told him that i had a bag of bud in my center console along with a pocket knife and another pocket knife on my floor board. So he yells at me again, like i'm deaf or some shit, and tells me to shut off the engine and get out of the car. I get out and he does a quick search on me and puts me in the back of the cop car. He starts searching my truck like a fucking kid looking for burried treasure. He finds my bud, knifes, grinder and rolling papers and he's still determined to find more than what i told him. The second cop that pulled up starts asking me about my med card and how i got it. I told him and told him that he could also call the number on my card to verify. So he called. The rookie that pulled me over still gave me a ticket but they gave me my bud back and everything else. They freakin left a mess in my truck but fuck it, no big deal. As soon as i got home i rolled one up and laughed my ass off thinking about how that rookie wanted to arrest me so bad but unfortunately for him, the compassionate use act is in affect. Damn rookie cops. Can't kill them, want to strangle 'em but the sight of his face when he had to give me my bud back was priceless. I never thought i would see the day a cop would be handing me bag of weed back.

Sorry WhiskeyGirl but i do have a totally legit med card. I'm telling you, the cop called the cannabis club right then and their. It was my idea for him to call. He thought it was fake and i probably would have gotten locked up just cause he thought it wasn't real. I live in Cali.

I wish it was a dream but the reality is that i have to un-tint my shit and get a california highway patrol officer to sign off on my ticket that i did take the tint off. The beauty of it is that tinted windows is not part of a traffic violation and won't make my insurance go up. So since i really don't give a flying fuck and have nothing to worry about when getting pulled over. I'll have my windows tinted again soon enough :D .

I've had them tinted for over three years and this was the first time i got pulled over for that reason. Even all the other times i got pulled over the cops never mentioned my windows. This cop just wanted to get me on a technicality. Its cool cause after i tint my shit again and the same cop pulls me over then i will file a complaint.

many people with mnany different reasons get med cannabis cards. Headeaces, joint pain, sleep disorders, depression, etc etc. Remember, your doctor works for you. You dont need to disclose your reasons to any person except your md.
