I'm a new grower, planning a large first grow in May (depending on the frost, hopefully with the shit winter we'll get a decent and early spring/summer). Just how easy is it to grow Durban Poison? I've had many different strains before and it's one of the few that totally blew my socks off. Anyway, the grow conditions would be either germination in a field (no need to worry about safety conditions... trust me on this one) with a 2 litre bottle with the bottom chopped off to protect from wind for a few weeks, or germination at home if I can win my parents around. Going to be grown in the east midlands, possibly with ferts, but I prefer to do everything organic. Also adding a little manure to help aid growth (again, the organic thing). I already know about harvesting time (look at pistils), soil etc. But one problem remains - I may not be able to get there each day, it will probably be every 3 days or so. Would this be OK in a dry period?
Thanks for any help or info given!

Note: If I see a weather report about a storm coming in, I'll definately cover them up with something! And, seeing as I shoot rabbits on the land (thats why I don't need to worry about safety... even checked it out with the landowner and he said it's ok, as long as he gets to sample it! lol, he's a legend!) when it's a full moon - best time for people to nab them - I'll make sure to go around lamping. Anyways, me and my dad are up there randomly with the rimfire so if either of us do see anyone nicking the plants, they'll get one fucking huge surprise!

You should germ them in small pots for about two weeks in a vegatative soil.....then simply cut away the bottom of the pot and tape some cardboard to it to prevent the soil falling out....when the time comes..simply plant the pot and the roots will find home....plant in a south facing spot, with a tree line or hedge row directly behind it[for stealth] but not too close as to compete with the Durban's roots...Good luck.....The land owner sounds like the sort of guy only truely lucky bastards have the pleasure of knowing...
I would like to meet up with you some time for lamp sesh', or to try my Parson Russel on some bunnies [u got a ferret?] But probably not ,because for all I know you're a copper and for all you know so am I....
Durban is a pure Sativa no? You lucky bastard
Any trout, pike, fat carp up your way?
As for ferts...soil ain't my forte..but horse shit probably ain't the way to go..Buy a good soluble fert[from a ganj shop] and never overfeed/knock it up too strong!
NEVER TELL A SOUL!
Don't even tell the land owner the excact location ..coz if it all disapears you will be scratching your head and polishing your .22
If you want a bad mother sativa try some HAAAAAAAAZE :stoned:
