Ok...a warning...
These things are addictive..and deadly!
Forget the weed..they are so sweet you will DIE if you eat too many from hyperglycemia..
Eat one bar only!
Now yer gonna need...
1 cup weed butter.. (Sautee 1 ounce of mid grade pot in 1 lb of butter for a bit..don't burn it..pour the butter through a strainer)
1/2 cup sugar...
1/2 cup brown sugar...
2 eggs separated..
1 tbsp water...
1 tsp vanilla extract..
2 cups flour...
1/2 tsp salt..
1/4 tsp baking soda...
1 cup crushed chocolate bar (your choice..white chocolate is good)...
1 cup brown sugar (again..yes..this is not a mis-print)
1/4 cup crushed walnuts....
1/4 cup coconut (grated)
In a large mixing bowl or food processor cream the weed butter with sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar..
Beat egg yolks with water..and beat it into the butter mixture with the vanilla..
Beat in the flour..salt...walnuts..and baking soda..mix well
Spread batter in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish..
Sprinkle the chocolate bar and coconut over the top...
Beat the egg whites until still (use a mixer) and add the last cup of brown sugar to it..mix till it is stiff again and spread it evenly over the chocolate bar/coconut mix...
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 325 degrees farenheit..
Cut into even squares (should get about 16 bars) and enjoy...
