I was taken by cannabisseeds.com which is a sponsered link here..Perhaps it should be removed..

also ron man I know it might not seem like a big deal to you but they are selling ayahuasca on shayanashop with no warnings or anything and it can kill when mixed with everyday food! i say we cut shayanashop loose.. they are just promoting too many dangerous things as recreational drugs!!

Besides, I'm sure the last thing he wants to do is run into legal trouble regarding some kid dying off one of the products these sponsors are trying to sell...

I avoid "Herbal Smoke Shop". I never recieved my order (a grinder) and they have sucky customer service.

I purchased a fair amount of seeds from cannabisseeds.com.I sent an International Money Order.I sent numerous polite emails and still after a montrh have had no response.However the website owner has changed his specials for January on the site...

It may be simply cannabisseeds.com never received / cashed the money order?

-or perhaps they did, but misassign payment to another customer? ...clerical errors can happen with the best of businesses.

-or perhaps they received the money order, shipped product, but for some reason it didn't get through... perhaps intercepted, etc ... or maybe the item was misaddressed...

On an aside, when we sold tie-dye t-shirts, we ran into numerous problems with incorrect addresses ... transposed house / po box number, incorrect formatting of address (mainly an issue with non-U.S. orders) missing postal code, etc.

There is usually more to the story ...

That certainly appears to be the case with the post regarding Herbal Smoke Shop ...

Even though one may get a receipt, that doesn't mean they will ultimately be charged - most merchants, and I'm talking even big ones like Amazon, will often process credit credit card orders as "Auth-Only" and then at some later point, such as upon shipping, submit the charge amount for settlement.

On an aside, most gas stations "Auth-Only" around $50 (credit card issuers, in particular epassporte, are free to adjust various auths even higher) before allowing the pump to operate and then submit the actual amount of gas pumped - people who pay with debit cards (tied to a person's bank account) do so at a risk of overdrawing their bank account because sometimes a merchant doesn't remove an "authorization" (and/or submits the actual charge for settlement separately) can sometimes remain in place for upto a max of 30 days; most often only the merchant is permitted to remove it - credit card company often can't help other than maybe temporarily raising one's "open to buy" (credit limit) until the authorization drops off ... anyways rambling on as I often do LOL!

With all that said, sometimes for various reasons a merchant will choose to void (not submit any charge for settlement) a transaction - merchants, depending on the circumstances, may or may not notify the customer the charge was voided and their card not actually charged.

In short, even with the best of vendors, sometimes things don't go as smooth as one would like - however, it's not always totally the vendors fault - often there is usually more to the story...

Maybe more to it than that. Customs, Shipping inspecters with dogs. Still illegal in most areas of the United States to sell, transport marijuana seeds with a thc value.
Oregon possession laws for marijuana has been great since it was decriminalized back in 1971 or so... They wrote the law containing stems and leaves but left out the seeds.
So, by Oregon law possession of an ounce of marijuana seeds here is legal for everyone..

I believe IF the order was truly sent,then the owner of cannabisseeds.com would have responded to my emails.I sent a certification receipt and it was signed when the letter with payment was received..So I see no way this could have been anything but dishonesty from his side...

If you are like me and feel the spirit/soul of a person goes into the plant/seed they have grown than you're in luck as I dont think you'll find someone has honest and caring as Mota.

Was your friend ripped off by the same people as you, cannabisseeds.com ?
I hate to hear of these things going on , it's not as if we dont have enough troubles in our hobby we also have to deal with scammers.
All you can really do is just spread the word and hope that after a while the money dries up and they go away.
