i think its something about closing down the present inter net and replacing it with internet 2 wich will only have goverment approved sights or something like that ,thats why im asking i want more info.

it's going to be...oh god! al-cia-da attacked and 'killed' the internet!!!... or: the internet crashed! holy cow!...which is ridiculous...but people will believe it...

then we'll have the more reliable, founation/university owned internet 2...where you'll have to be licensed to have a site...and guess who will and won't get them...

the establishment media sure as fuck will get sites...the average anti-corruption patriot won't...unless it's loyal-establishment controlled opposition...

but rest assured, we won't allow this to happen...there's too many savvy people who know what's going on to now allow it...
