Posession of Marijuana

Alright, so i ditch school with my friends and I get caught with a half a gram of marijuana, now we all run, drop the bag, and we get caught. While we are being questioned, one of my "friends" tells the police it was my weed, therefore they took me to jail. None of the others said anything... they denyed it was theirs, and that one person said it was mine. The truth of the matter was , it was bought by me and him, and he brought it to school (he was holding it) and we ditched to smoke it. Now I wanna know if there is anything I can do... because I told the cops it wasn't mine and that it was his word against mine, and they were taking his words over mine at the moment. Now, is there a way they I can win the case if that "friend" comes and says it wasn't my weed? What proof do they have that it was my weed? They didn't drug test me, they didn't do anything... and they let all the other kids go back to school except for me... and they took me to the police station and gave me a ticket for possession of marijuana. Isn't there a way I can fight back and win? because technically they just have words..no proof or anything it wasn't on me when they found it

i dont think theres much you can do but i doubt you will get in very much trouble, maybe probation, and a grounding from your parents

dude...number one its half a gram so they cnt do anything...i got busted for 2 g's in school and i got off with a warning in new jersey....secondly, yer friend isnt a friend cuz he narc'd u out so tell him to fuck off and its twice as bad u narc'd him back out....u get caught, u take the blame...thats how we role....deny all and if all else fails step up.....its too small to b charged with so ur safe.

lol, where I live you can get arrested for a seed, stem, or even residue. But yeah, there's a couple of things you can do. Get a good attorney! If all the evidence they have is some kid's testimony, where's the proof?

but don't beat up the "friend". that's a dumb thing to do, just don't talk to him anymore. make him talk to you first, and see what he wants.

Then if he comes to you with the beef, let him swing first then whip his fucking ass. You will probably get a minor misdemeanor MJ charge and possibly probation.

i read somewhere that in OHIO its an automatic suspension of your license for 6 months for any kind of possession? is this true? what about for growing? what are the penalties for growing say 3 plants?
