I've been giving some serious thought to this post, and I think I finally deciphered it...

He pulled his "last cone"... so I guess that's either his last cola (so he grows) or his last "cone" full of weed. I know there are places that sell you "a cone of weed". Maybe he's weed-less and decided to grow.

So, he wants to order some seeds... to "oz"... I'm almost positive that he lives in Australia, as for some unknown reason to me, people call Australia "Oz".

Also...A common slang for BONGLOAD in Oz is punching a cone for example a friend of mine from Aussie would always say..."punch a cone...get it right"!
