how many lumens needed for veg.[5 plants]

i got my c99's under two 48" fluros.each light put out 3300 lumens.is 6600 lumes enough to veg or should i put them under the 1000 hps for 24/0.the plants are barely on the first node.will the fluros be good enogh for a couple of weeks or should i just get under the big light.

Wait a week or two, then put them under 1000 W!:D

Or even better, how long have they vegged?
