He has a pretty good explanation of why fresh air is important.
It might be a little bit of more work to get some source of fresh air for your girls, but dude, trust me, it's worth it.

I got busted damn its ok though i now have a new box with 250 watt hps its a nice set up wil have pics soon ;)
