What is indica and sativa??

Hi everyone i was looking at seeds and was wondering what is this indica and sativa i have no idea any help would be ace,,

I second this question. I have no idea which one is for your brain and which one for your body...

Sativa is the heady....floaty one

someone might need to second this for me....lol
