1. What's the best way to scrape out a hookah with resin?

2. Do all hookahs need or are equipped for water?

3. Is every hookah (or almost) ceramic, metal, and glass?

1) its a pain in the ass no matter how you do it. what ever seems to work is just fine
2) hookahs are water pipes, so yes
3) i've seen plastic along with those. your best bet is glass though.
