i cant sleep.

my legs are restless, its too hot, too cold, too dark, too light, too noisy, to quiet

my thoughts also keep me awake, thinking about random things.

my mattress is too soft, to hard, my blankets feel odd and my pillow is never at the right level.

when im lucky enough to get to sleep i wake up several times in a sweat, achy joints and dizzy.

My nightmares have eased but they still happen frequently. Not so much as to call them nightmares but just very unpleasant and weird.


the only thing that gets me to sleep is WEED.

i should have the right for it to be perscribbed to me

just keep tryin to sleep if u cant sleep always stay put in bed and ull fall asleep soon or l8r

I have the same problem...but I can only get really shit hash so If I smoke a joint the first night it will knock me out but a few nights after that i hardly feel stoned off it at all.

Its mostly my thoughts that keep me awake...but I move around alot aswell which keeps me awake and I wake up multiple times in the night...

I feel the same sometimes, not with the dreams and shit, but getting very irritable and frustrated over the stupidiest things when trying to get to sleep, and generally just doing anything, I can get very irritated and angry, but as there are no outlets there's nothing to do.

When something's not going your way and not working and all you want to do with it is smash it to fuck and punch the shit out of it, but it's too small and fidly to punch the fuck out of, that's when things get tense, when there isn't an outlet for the rage that's built up inside.

Yeah, you can't sleep because of all the thoughts in your head, you don't need different things to think about, you need to clear your mind (even if that means smashing your head against the wall next to you until you fall asleep/pass out) lol :)

One thing I do that sometimes works is sleeping with your head at the foot of the bed. It's a very foreign and comfortable feeling.

im like that too, some night i just cannot sleep the WHOLE night. i end up just lying there in a daze all night...

5 tips for you

1. take about 5 panadol tablets/ asprin..or some pain killer that makes you drowsy
2. smoke pot (but u had none so thats outa the question)
3. take a sleeping pill (o they work so well, i took one of my dads...i died that night)
4. wank...always helps
5. turn tv on for a while or listen to music with head phones till you fall asleep.

or u can just stay awake?

if you smoke a bowl and try to sleep on your stomach on the opposite end of the bed, that should try to help knock you out a bit better.
