I have been working on this for 2 1/2 years and glad to have found this site so I can improve it even more. When I started I figured that I would go big and has worked well for me improving every time I grow. The start up was a investment of about 5 grand (investment returned 1st crop). I figured if I am going to do this than why not just go all the way. I have my cloning room with my beautiful mothers with there baby's at there side. I use a cloning machine that has worked well so far. My system is a aero system which I have found works the best since I have tried other ways. I use GH products and go by the chart with some added extras. My clones are under a 430 MH lighting thats has worked well. My grow room has 4 1000 MH lights with outdoor to outdoor cooling. I have 6- 8 foot trays that is a areo system with sprayers hooked under the top plate of the trays spraying on both sides of the cup. Holes in top plate are spaced about 1 foot appart but dont use all holes because if I did and I have done it before it looked like a forrest and was hard to manage. I keep my temp at about 80 deg with a 3 ton a/c unit hooked to the room. The room is about 12x20 and use a space aboy 12X12 for the grow room and room is detached from my house. I am going to try and put picks with this and hope they come up since first time to try. Let me know what you'all think about my hobby. Thanks and peace out.

Your grow rocks! What different styles of growing are you using. I see pvc pipes and I see dirt. Are you using the dirt to grow the mothers and hydro for the babes? What other business can you recoup all your start up costs 1st sales? The government should
get people off welfare and have them grow pot.

 Mothers are dirt and just use the water from my grow room to feed them. My first system was basicly the same set up but was just running water from one end to the other but had to fool with the water flow and was a hassle. Now using aero and dont have to worry about the water flow.

1250 cfm fan for the light exhaust. Have a accumulator system on one wall that sucks outside air through lights and back outside. Works great. Pic is my latest crop and will be 5 weeks in bloom as of tomorrow.

Beautiful looking plants. What variety is that? So how do you control odor?

Strain is K6 from what I was told. As far as the oder I have a carbon filter in the grow room that I have a fan that sits on top and doubles as a fan for the room and a tiger ozone in the outside room which has no plants in it. I did not use my carbon filter this time and don't have a oder problem persay. My room is so well insulated that I can contain the oder to my grow room space. Very little oder gets out and you have to walk up to my door to get a sniff and thats if you can get by the gaurd dog.

Wow, I'm impressed! So those boxes you have your clones growing out of have aero misters in them? Do you ever have any bugs or problems? If so how do you fix them?

Its one box a cloning machine I bought and has a sump pump that pumps about 30 misters under the lid. The system new had about 15 misters and I doubled it so all the clones get a good bath. The bug problem I had one BIG one about a year ago with these small white looking moths that I do not know what they were and think I introduced them when I had the bright Idea to try some tomato plants (BIG MISTAKE). They were more of a hassle than anything because they didn't do anything to my crop. I had to get rid of everything in the room and quit for about 3 months. Got some new baby's and still cooking.

That is a real nice peice of industry you got going on !!!!!
Makes me mouth water at the site of such a tight ,large scale production line!!
Did you say HPS...all the way!!! what are the results like after the veg cycle[internode length etc]?????
How much green can you harvest after one flower cycle???
Does HPS really make the buds less dense if used for veg???
Is your HPS a 'Dual Spectrum"?????
How long do you veg a clone for b4 12/12??
Have you tried "Ionic Nutes" or is it just GH all the way
I woulda thought you'd be growing some.....Big Bud man !!!!!!

Yes there is a water filter (Home Depot special) system its inline with the pump before it goes to my sprayers. I change it every 2 weeks. My first system has 2 MH and 2 HPS stagered but a mutual grower told me he was going all the was to HPS so I did. I can harvest about 3-4 lbs. growing about 20-25 plants. When I start I pull my clones out of the cloner that and are about 6-8 inches tall than put them in my grow room and veg them for 1 week and then switch to 12/12 and have had tremendous luck. I can basicly go from veg to bloom and don't miss a beat. I use GH all the way with some other products. Don't realy know what Ionic Nutes are per say. I still have allot to learn. The picks you see as of today is beginig 5th week of bloom. I figure 2-3 more untill I pull them. To tell you the truth when I started I didn't know shit about growing but looked at a friends system and sat down and made up my own. When he saw mine he freaked out and was jelious that mine was better than his. My first crop I yeilded about 4 lbs but than again I have screwed up a bach or 2 over the years. I figure once you get something going right than DON"T CHANGE. After I pull my next crop I will put some better picks of my system out for everyone.Peace out.

what is your ppm before filtration?
and after filtration?

is the filter a neccessary item in your area?

let me guess.. uh.. you're in texas?

i love you

PPM stays at about 1400- 1600 through out the whole time. Filter only takes out the trash. I just adjust PH and add fresh water when tank gets to about 25% untill the next time to refill the tank which is once a week. I fill new chemicals on Monday and by Thursday/Friday I have to start adding new water. My tank is a 60 gallon. The reason I filter is because the trash will clog up my sprayers in my trofs. Yes I am in the great state of Texas. Peace out.

here was this hydro system I helped a guy with.. and he was having so many problems... then we tested his water... the ppm out of the faucet was 242... YIKES..

We got a 150 dollar filter (it took about 1 hour to make 5 gallons of water) and the ppm's went down to 7... and the plants went CRAZY!!!

: )
nice system ya got!

I am using tap water from the start and have had no problems persay but have had a problem with PH latley. The PH was so low that I had to use PH up like crazy and I guess the city water was screwd up. I have a RO machine that I bought last year and am going to hook it up and see how much better my plants get. Peace out.
