ok so..i got caught with a dub by the cops with 3 friends..he took the weed, called my friends dad to take us home, and said he would let us go and not put anything on our record but hes calling all our homes tomorrow bcuz it was too late today....but the thing is, i told him i just moved there so i have no phone number but gave him my cell phone..and he said to call tomorrow with my mom so he can know i told her what happened and she knows..but the thing is..im gona get someone to pretend like its my mom..and all the info he has on my is just my name, birth, address, and gona put it all on paper so the "fake" mom can respond as soon as he tries to play games (not sure if he will even do that if he thinks its my mom..just back up..) do u think it'll be ok? bcuz he just wants my mom to know what happened that night and thats all that hes doing bcuz an actual parent picked us up, plus the parent that picked us up works for the fire department so iuno..it worked out on letting us go..just thinkin about what i should do tomorrow.. :confused:

I would take the heat before you got yourself into more trouble. Plus what if one of the other mothers decide to contact yours and discuss the incident? At least letting her know would be getting the fact that she didn't know out of the way - maybe you won't have to sneak around anymore. My :twocents:.

yea especially if your friends live in the same neighbourhood as you, moms get to talking and if she finds out your in 5x more shit than you would have been. Another mom in my neighbourhood told my mom that me and her son were smoking weed. But whatever if your parents are super uptight it might be worth the risk. in the end it's you who will have to deal with it so its your choice

just tell your mom the truth. It sounds like you're no older than 16 so unless you have a good "fake mom" waiting to take the phone call it's not worth the risk.
