How many of you here work out? I usually do 50-60 Pushups a day and 100 sit-ups then go on the weight machine for a while, and every wednesday I have boxing training. :rasta: :thumbsup:
i do about 10 pushups a day....somtimes every other day....it seems kinda pointless to me....all this working out malarky

When I boxed I was as fit as fiddle,but never pumped iron[just circuit training]
When I was playing rugby at uni I put 2 stone of pure beef in the gym and never looked so buff...now my weight bench has a film of dust on it!

iv done a lot of martial arts in my time. (well im only 21)
but now i only do muay thai. and i use nunchaku, my weapon of choice! :thumbsup:

I run three miles three times a week, and lift weights two times a week. I also do yoga, and pilates. Working out is essential for a healthy lifestyle. :)

Rock climbing, Valencia Street gym 4x's a week, kayaking, Tae Kwon Do, guitar and fiddle.
My weapon of choice? my mind. It doesnt always work, but what does?

i do 50 push ups, anywhere between 120 and 300 sit ups, and lift 15 pound dumbells a whole lot of times. i try to do it every day but its more like every other day.

I like to lift heavy glass objects to my face and breath heavily.

i used to box and do a whole bunch over training and cardio but i sorta slipped away from that....my new years resolution was to get back working out and boxing.

I Go to a Spit and Dust Gym, where the Men are Men, and the rest ain't welcome!
Train 5 days a week! Straight after work, just been now!
I also enjoy the occasional "Extra Curricular Fight" at a Weekend to keep myself alert!

I do Muay Thai too highjinx , I'm 20 go to a community college
I also do Submission Wrestling, competed in the NAGA tournament and won that shit in my division a couple years ago
I work out 3 times a day, do duckwalks in the park, and train Muay thai, and Submission Wrestling about 3-4 hours during the week, all day long during Saturdays and Sunday.

Me and about 20 gipo's painted my old club....sweat slime was an 'inch thick' on the ceiling from years of toe to toe , no nonsense ,'let's have a row' ring time!
Smacking a bag [or a person] is still the only way to stay sharp and on your toes...We jmped in the mini-bus and went on a tour to Cornwall....And their club was immaculate! But when we gloved up, they didn't want to know! Some o them were pretty good but they weren't like some of ours.
3 times a week for 5 years,sod that so I packed it in!

I'm 15, and I do 200 push ups every other day (If you work out every day I'm sorry but you're stupid because your not giving your muscles a chance to heal) and can bench 170. I try to do 300 sit ups every day, 200 if I get lazy. I lift 30 pounds on my butterflies and my pecs and shoulders are fucking gigantic :D AND WHAT OLD PEOPLE? LOL jk

i work out i guess by playing tennis about 3 times a week.

I never work out, too lazy, but I walk everywhere, and I walk real fast so that burns off all the food I munch. I used to be in a girls hockey team for about 7 years and thats when I was at my fittest, I do plan to take something up in 2006, just dont know what yet...........

it may sound a little strange, but i LOVE water fitness. i spend most of my time working out water-aerobics style at the olymipc swim center. After i take a class for 45 minutes, i swim a few laps, and use water-weights. working out in a pool is so much more entertaining than at a gym. besides going to the pool, i do a lot of yoga at home using tapes and videos i get from the library. i dont work out because i wan to concentrate on losing weight, i definetly do not have that problem. basically i work out to maintain my health-nut lifestyle. and because it makes me feel so much better inside and out. i just want myself to be in decent shape.
also, i sail competitively on small boats, which actually require a lot of man-power. during sailing season, my coach requires the team to spend 45 minutes with the trainer at school twice a week. man, she makes my thighs BURN!!!!!!!!!! crazy nazi

water fitness is crazy...if someone says they're in good shape tell them to do some water fitness. It's amazing how much of a workout it is.

water fitness is crazy...if someone says they're in good shape tell them to do some water fitness. It's amazing how much of a workout it is.
yeah you would think the only people that do water-fitness are old people because the water supports thier joints. quite the contrary. water provides comfortable resistance and shock absorption throught the entire body. as yor muscles work the resistance, you joints are supported. what is really fun is the treadmill in the pool, but you have to sign up for that. what i also like is wearing weights around my ankles, its such a burn.

Weight lifting uses to be a religion for me but I took a six month break and am just about to start back up. I have no idea how strong (or weak) i am now. But I used to be fairly strong.
I used to be able to do thirty slap hand push ups (forget the technical name) and I wiegh 250 so that was an accomplishment. Now I can to five. Muscles are fickle things.

I lost half a stone over xmas not sure how!I used to do over 300 sit ups in one go when I was bout 20 then fucked my back up. Do need to get back to my 20yr old body, thats one of my new years resolutions long with stopping smoking cigarettes!

i use to train on a working center with benchs and all but weed made me a lazy mofo
