piss tested

I should be getting piss tested soon but smoked a bong hit, two bowls, and a hit of a joint spread out in three consecutive days. How long will this stay in my system and what are some ways to get it out without buying a flush. Also I am 6 feet 260 if that makes a difference. Thanks
