Dyphenhydramine in Simply Sleep

Can I take these to trip? If so, how many and how long/hard does it make you trip? The are 25mg tablets with ONLY Diphenhydramine HCI as the active ingredient. Someone please help, this is for tonight.

if diphenhydramine is in it then it will make you trip, there was a post earlier about dosages, but of all the times ive done diphendhydramine ive never cared about a actual dosage. i usually eat 12-15 equate liquid sleep gel tab sleep eaids from wal mart
