I applied early decision back in Nov to Princeton and got in (I have no idea how), so I'm just sitting around while all my friends are working on their apps. Which one of those schools is your top choice?

good luck with the application process. seems like it was just yesterday that i was doing apps, even tho it was 4 years ago. hope all your hard work pays off! just remember, the essays are the key, because its your best chance to distinguish yourself from everybody else :D

When I was applying here's what happened:

UGA had already capped their freshman limit.
Valdosta State sent me something back asking if I'm still interested in applying... after I sent my application mind you, and two weeks after I was already accepted at..
GCSU where I got accepted.

i'm going to apply to a local community college first, afterwards i hope to attend a four year university. fortunately my dad's past military career will pay for fourty-five months of schooling. i want to play some college ball - you know, get the hiesman trophy and whatnot, then finish my pursuit of some science - it's all science.

I have been using my MGI Bill to go to school for the past three years. Sadly my benifits are running out next month. Student loans here I come.... :(

Signing up for the G.I. Bill while I was in was one of the smartest things I did. It pays me $1034.00 every month to go to school full time.

I also first went to a community college and then transfered to a private univeraity to save money and I also never took my SAT's while in HS.

I'm going into my Sr. year of college...I can't wait for it to be over. It's seems soooooo long.

i dropped out of highschool my junior year and got my good enough degree, but shit i'd be crazy not to take that offer for free schooling - i can get a loan to help with my transportation problem, too.

I'm a junior in college... let me just say college will ROCK your socks off. You learn so much, not just books, but about yourself and the world.. you meet amazing people.

The one thing I can think of that made college all worth it... I can toke in my room in my on-campus house all I want b/c my RA and I are cool and I sell her buds :)

Yes, there are just soooo many reasons to go to college.

If you donâ??t go to college your going to lead a life settling for low wage low benefit jobs (of course with small exceptions.) A bachelors degree these days is not what it used to be. Today if you want a serious edge in the job market you should continue on to graduate school and get your masters. If I were younger I would but I have a daughter to support. The main motivation for me to make good grades in college is so later I can gain acceptance into graduate school.

Youâ??ll be broke as hell in college but Itâ??s kind of supposed to be that way.
