When You use rockwool cubes and transfer them to clay rocks in net cups for a hyrdo drip system, do you germinate the seeds actually in the rockwool? or in a paper towel them transfer them to the rockwool?

You can do either one. As long as the environment of the ungerminated seeds is a very moist but not drenched one. A little bit of heat helps too in my opinion. I personally would use the paper towel method only because it has constantly worked for me, but I also tape the bag it's into the top of my computer monitor since it gets pretty warm there. Goodluck.

You can either way. I start the seed in rockwool so I don't stress them in the transfer.I get a very high germ rate, lucky I guess. Most newbies hurt the root when they put them into what ever they use. I use drip also. Make sure the drip line is not right on the stem or rockwool so they don't stay too wet. Most hate rockwool because it can cause root rot. I'm trying cloning without anything, areo and now bubbler. It's not working as good as the rockwool for me but that's what it's all about learning.
